AutoRecon tool tcp/80/gobuster on returned non-zero exit code: 1 error solved by xda hacks

 

Hello guys Today i will tell you how can you fix the GoBuster issue from AutoRecon. when i tried AutoRecon tool, i got this error -


[!] Task tcp/80/gobuster on 192.168.0.105 returned non-zero exit code: 1

Autorecon -: AutoRecon is a multi-threaded network reconnaissance tool which performs automated enumeration of services. It is intended as a time-saving tool for use in CTFs and other penetration testing environments (e.g. OSCP). It may also be useful in real-world engagements.

 


How can you fix Gobuster Error from Autorecon



 



Step 1 -: if you are upgraded your gobuster & its version is 3.1.0 then you can face errors while use in Autorecon tool. I am going to show you that how can you fix this issue. Follow my Steps:

Step 2 -: If your using Autorecon using root you will get Autorecorn Directory at /root/.config/AutoRecon/service-scans.toml otherwise at /home/kali/.config/AutoRecon



Step 3 -: If you get the AutoRecon path in there you need to open service-scans.toml file using vi, mousepad, etc.

Step 4 -: type ctrl+f for find and search gobuster and remove the -l from every script. There is 3 Gobuster scripts are present.

Step 5 -: After removing -l from the script save it and try to run AutoRecon again. This time you will not see any error.
